Cooperation in 3 FI

Last week we work on cooperation in 3 FI.

One of the activities we did was a paper chain challenge.

Students were divided into small groups. Each group had one piece of construction paper. The challenge for the group was to try to make the longest paper chain possible using just one piece of construction paper.

They were given five minutes to complete the challenge.

At the end of the challenge, we discussed what worked and what was difficult when cooperating with your team.

Check them out!

Another cooperation activity we worked on was called Cooperation Detective.

One students was a Cooperation Detective, another was a Work Together Leader, and the rest of the students were Class Cooperators. The Work Together Leader’s job was to create small movements for the rest of the class to follow (tap their knee, wave their hand, touch their nose, etc.). The Cooperation Detective’s job was to figure out who was the Work Together Leader. The Class Cooperator’s job was to follow the movements of the Work Together Leader without giving away who that leader is.

It was so much fun to watch this activity. We had some excellent Cooperation Detectives! Check it out:
