For the past couple of weeks we have been working on outcomes in our Personal Wellness curriculum.

We have been having discussions the importance of healthy eating and regular physical activity for a healthy lifestyle. This was very interesting as it gave us the opportunity to discuss the new food guide:

We have also discussed personal habits that lead to improved health, such as hand washing, coughing and sneezing into your elbow.

Today we discussed how to keep our teeth healthy. Our learning target was to name one thing you could do to improve your teeth. Mlle had students become teeth, bacteria, sweets and a toothbrush to show how to care for their teeth. Check out the video below to see how it was done:
